Practical notes from the land

This page is the simple blog/update area for now. More posts can be added as static articles until we decide if a full blog system is worth it.

Before you buy rural land, ask how you will actually use it

Cheap rural land can look simple online, but the real questions are access, water, legal use, slope, washes, road condition, animal pressure, fire risk, trash, winter/monsoon access, and whether a camper or tent can safely use the spot.

Our Pre-Buy Listing Review and Raw Land Reality Check are built around those questions.

Why we charge travel separately

Rural service work is different from city work. A property can be 60 miles one way, which means fuel, time, vehicle wear, tires, and schedule risk. We keep the package price separate from travel so people can see the real cost clearly.

Our travel rate is $1 per round-trip mile from our Pinehill-area service base.

Our campsite plan is walk-in tent camping only

Our own primitive camping idea is not for RVs, vans, or vehicle camping. It is for a small quiet tent spot where guests park, walk in, and enjoy the high-desert nature. We will not open it publicly until the toilet/waste plan, rules, and booking process are ready.
